Tapered Roller Bearing

Tapered Roller Bearing

Tapered roller bearing belong to separate type bearing. Both inner and outer rings of bearing have tapered raceways. The bearing can be divided into single row, double row and four row tapered roller bearing according to the number of rollers installed. Single row tapered roller bearing can withstand radial load and unilateral axial load. When bearing are subjected to radial loads, there will be an axial component, so another bearing that can withstand the reverse axial force is needed to balance it.

Tapered roller bearing are radial thrust rolling bearing with tapered rollers. There are two kinds of small cone angle and large cone angle. Small cone angle mainly bears radial and axial combined loads mainly consisting of radial loads. It is often used in two ways, reversed installation, inner and outer seat rings can be installed separately. Radial and axial clearance can be adjusted in installation and use. Large cone angle mainly bears axial and radial combined loads mainly consisting of axial loads. It is generally not used to bear pure axial loads alone, but is used as a pair of configurations (relative installation at the same name end). It can withstand pure radial load.
